Vladimir Moskovkin

Vladimir Mikhaylovich Moskovkin, Dr habil, PhD, Professor, is a Russian and Ukrainian sociologist, mathematician, economist and geographer.

 

Currently Dr Moskovkin occupies the positions of Professor of World Economy Department at Belgorod State University, and Director of Center for Development of Publication Activity.

For 10 years (in the 1980s) Professor Moskovkin worked as a Referent for the VINITI (All-Union Institute of Scientific and Technical Information, Moscow). Since 2008 he has constantly published scientific-journalistic articles in such academic newspapers as «Poisk» (Moscow) and «Troitskiy variant» (Troitsk, Moscow). He has extensive experience in conducting training seminars in Ukraine and Russia, as well as in reviewing articles of national and international levels. 

Since 2017 he has been a coordinator of the National Contact Point for OA2020 Initiative (Max Plank Digital Library). In 2016 he became one of the 22 most productive open access researchers who published at least five Scopus articles up to 2014 (https://www.mdpi.com/2304-6775/4/1/1/htm). In 2010 he was included in the open access bibliography of the renowned American bibliographer Charles W. Bailey, Jr. (see Bailey, Ch., Jr. 2010.
