Alina Sergeevna Filatova is a Russian historian and specialist in public administration.
She graduated from Southwestern State University (SWSU) in 2015. By her first background she is an engineer of products of light industry. After completing her studies in engineering, Alina obtained a master's degree (MA) in state and municipal administration (2017).
Alina worked as an assistant to the first Vice Rector of SWSU (later Vice Rector for Science) and Vice Rector for General Affairs and Social Work. Later she headed the Department of public relations of the University (Press service), and also served as Chief administrator of social networks.
Since 2011, as a part of SWSU delegations, she repeatedly participated in organising the following events: the Exposition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation at International exhibitions and forums (Expopriority 2011 (Moscow, Russia), Open Innovations 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 (Moscow, Russia), Hannover Messe 2013, 2014 (Hannover, Germany)). Multiple times Alina accompanied dignitaries at International forums and exhibitions – Ambassadors of foreign states to the Russian Federation, Senators of the Federation Council of Russia. In 2018 Miss Filatova was selected to work for FIFA 2018 (Hospitality programme), was in the reserve of volunteers for the 29th World Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk. She took part in the International camp of young activists "The Slavic Commonwealth".
Miss Filatova was awarded by Gratitude Prize of the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; Certificates of merit from the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; the Letter of praise of Administration of Kursk; the Honorary Diploma of the Administration of Kursk; the Letter of appreciation of the Chairman of the Committee of internal policy of Kursk region Administration, the Diploma of the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh); the Diploma of the Chairman of Committee on Affairs of Youth and Tourism of Kursk region.
Alina has been an amateur musician for more than ten years (piano, violin, guitar). She is also volunteering in charitable organisations and dispension of alms by helping to organise charity events, holidays, actions.
Currently Miss Alina Filatova is a Manager of the Baltic Gas Company (St Petersburg, Russia).
